Celebrating a Century of Care
In 2025, Torrance Memorial Medical Center reached a historic milestone! Yes, their 100th anniversary.

The celebration at the Hospital took place on April 26th and 27th of this year with historic displays, screening booths, food, music and live technology demonstrations.
As Torrance Historical Society and Museum was able to partner with them on many of the historical aspects, we are grateful and privileged to bring the historical display to you for our
newest 6 month rotating exhibit!

Come join us in celebrating Torrance Memorial’s 100th birthday in Old Torrance, where it all began, take a look at the contents of the time capsule that was opened this year, and experience the history
of one of our oldest medical institutions!
From July 2025 – January 2026 during normal museum operating hours
