Frank J. Jones, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Jones, was a Staff Sargent in the United States Army. He was married to Marian Jones. He had flown in bombers over Northern Africa, Sicily, Southern Europe and Germany. He was killed in action on Leyte on October 1, 1944. He had served 14 months in the U.S. Army.
